• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

He is having a stormer and being praised to the hilt by the commentators.

A shame he wasn’t the one to put Russell Martin to bed at Rangers, that would have been poetry.

C’mon Cam boy.

Hope he has a good season up there. Looked decent for Bromley last year from what I saw. Would be good to see him get a chance next season, adds something different to us on the right hand side.

Easy in hindsight (and hopefully Benson comes good) but I do wonder if we shouldn’t have kept him as the 4th wide player - providing Sheehan was willing to give him significant minutes over the course of the season,

I’d rather him get more confidence as a trusted big cog rather than flounder in our turgid backwards foxtrot of an “attack”

As long as he comes back and plays a significant part or we get a decent fee for him next summer then it makes sense for him to get the games/experience - watch this space I guess

How can it take so long for this penalty check - and why does the ref have to check the screen. The implementation of VAR is clearly the biggest issue - even when they get to the right decision that should never have taken 4 minutes!
