• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Wouldn't be a Swansea City season without being drawn against Man City at some point or another

Might win this if Man City have a congested fixture list to worry about. They haven't looked that impressive so far this season, take out Haaland and Doku from that team and they look like very ordinary premier league side.

It's both a great draw and a rubbish draw.

Great because we'll sell out and it'll definitely be on TV, rubbish because we only have a 10% chance in all reality. They played quite a strong team last night, if they do similar against us we'll have our work cut out.

Overall pleased though. Helps with raising our profile again.

The unfortunate thing about the draw is one of Wrexham or Cardiff will be in the qtr finals and they will crow about it
On the flip side at least there's only the possibility of one of them being in the quarter finals.

Have to be honest, I'm not that bothered about either of them progressing. They aren't going to win the completion either way.

I'd like to see Galbraith at RB, with a MF of Franco, Stamenic and Benson.

Alternatively what do people think about going 3-5-2, with Casey added to the CBs, Tymon and Galbraith at WB and Vipotnik and Idah up front?

Whatever happens, I do hope we don't rest Vig for this one...

Man City are at Villa on the previous Sunday so this looks likely to be on the Wednesday night again.

I'm not a huge fan of three centre backs, just doesn't sit right with me. Think it restricts us out wide.
