• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

What is their run in like?
Tuesday 8th April
Preston North End versus Cardiff City kick off 19:45

Saturday 12th April
Cardiff City versus Stoke City kick off 15:00

Friday 18th April
Sheffield United versus Cardiff City kick off 17:30

Monday 21st April
Cardiff City versus Oxford United kick off 15:00

Saturday 26th April
Cardiff City versus West Bromwich Albion kick off 15:00

Saturday 3rd May
Norwich City versus Cardiff City kick off 12:30

On paper its a very difficult run in, every team left still has something to play for at one end of the table or another except for Preston. The Norwich game might be a dead rubber by the final day of the season but outside of the Stoke and Oxford games they would do well to pick up any points at all.

Their game against Stoke next Saturday is a must win.

Fail to win and I think they’re gone.

Even if they beat Oxford and Stoke at home I don't think it'll be enough. Luton picking up form now too.

I'm inclined to agree, maximum points are non negotiable for them from the Stoke and Oxford games.
Only Derby in the bottom seven lost today

Thanks for that.

Bloody hell. It’s not easy for them is it. I wouldn’t want to be them at the moment. (Actually I wouldn’t want to be them at any moment to be honest - makes me feel quite ill).

If they do go down, we should sign Colwill to really annoy them…

If we win and they lose on Tues/Weds then it would take them 3 wins and 2 draws in the last 5 games to get past us so if that happens midweek we can start cheering for other teams next Sat onwards

Thanks for that.

Would be cheap to be fair 💩

Derby's run in isn't easy either. They've got to play Burnley, WBA, Stoke, Hull, Luton and Portsmouth. All of them with something to play for.

And loan him out to another League One team, preferably a relegation rival
