Not sure if anyone has posted already, but this is a good listen and summarises their colossal fuck ups nicely. Essentially a lack of identity, piss poor transfer decisions and ignorance to glaring problems.

I think they’ve managed it perfectly, I can’t see any f**k ups at all, never mind a colossal one. It’s a thing of beauty.
