• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Would have preferred 10-0 but I'll take 2-1.

Interesting to see the garden gnome got the second lowest rating of all the Coventry players on Flash Scores tonight and got himself booked.

I’d forgotten all about that numpty.

Have a peep at the bindippers next 3 games.
They could be up to their necks.
I think they'll get another 12-13 points til end of season. Will be between them and derby for final slot.

Think Luton are finished and derby may escape with eustace

Grimes was very animated tonight. Pointing clapping and shouting at his players...we never saw that. Hypocrite !

Showed an impressive range of passing, and always looking to thread through a killer ball , said the Coventry telegraph. Most of the fans making a comment seemed to be quite impressed with him.

Wait till he starts ballooning free kicks and failing to beat the first man at corners, they'll be planning a statue.

The move should suit everyone, him included. He has to prove his worth now rather than sitting in his comfort zone. Good luck to him, although I don’t care if he flies or falls flat, and good luck to us. I do care about that.

The best result for us right now is if he has a storming season next year and they sell him on for like 15m.

I have no doubts we have some kind of a sell on clause

Highly doubt we have a sell on clause on a near enough 30yr old midfielder? More likely performance related

For a deep lying midfielder 29-30 is prime playing age, won’t really start deteriorating (in theory) for a few more years yet
