Change of formation?

I think we should change from playing a wing back system, which seems the sexy way of playing these days, to being pragmatic and going four at the back, maybe 4,3,3.

I would certainly try something different as we are not blessed with a mass of people who can play the WB role well

But the manager seems wedded to it
