Dont know much about him, but why's he still locked up having never killed anyone? You see some killers let off lightly in comparison

Although I wouldn’t want to sign his release myself, there has to be the recognition that he is an extreme example of a product of a failed system. For this reason I think he should possibly be released and professionally helped to adjust over an extended period.
