Dar, I’m truly happy for you that you’re not troubled by the sporting rivalry that exists between Wales and England. I get on great with English people, and I’m sure that those lionesses are lovely people, but where sport is concerned I’m afraid I too view England as “local” rivals, and, try as I might, can’t bring myself to enjoy their success.

I don't think I've ever watched the Welsh women's team play a match, which may explain why I found myself rooting for this England team when I've watched them play. Found myself really happy for them at the final whistle today.

You want to watch the Welsh girls more often then, we've run England close twice the last few years and lost narrowly to France home and away this last qualifying group.
