• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Just want to say I never doubted Phil when he put that article out, he had no reason to make sh!t up and lie plus his role he used to have in the club makes him obvious to have inside sources, Darran as well who said a few days ago.

Shows that as expected, there has been a breakdown between the Cooper and Winter.

As much as I wasn't a big fan of Cooper. I wish him every success in his career going forward.

His style of football wouldn't have gone down will with fans in the stadium anyway. He was already booed in the playoffs.

A nice combo of Toshack Jr and Rangel would be nice. I'll settle for some passing though.

Appreciate what he done 2 play offs, but the spineless performance in the final done it for me, his arrogance and stubbornness cost us automatics he got backed in the market regardless of what people say.

According to the athletic, we’ve got someone lined up. Hope this is a swift change

He's had plenty of backing. He's a coach, you work with the players you're given. He ignored the players on his bench and I'll argue that if he'd played Jordan Morris a little more then maybe the freak accident of standing on the ball wouldn't have happened as the player would have been more comfortable on the pitch.

He's another Monk, I don't see big things in his future.

The fuckìn leech got his payout in the end then, now, in the words of an influential Planet Swans aficionado... fùck him 👍

Glad he has gone, he wanted out. Touted himself about for every job under the sun, failed miserably.
Lets get someone in who actually wants to be here and maybe we actually start playing some half decent football again.

Spot on buddy, nothing to add to that.

Saying he got backed in the market is simply delusional. If that's backing a manager then the next guy might better strap himself in
