• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

What about all their missed chances?

Did he say we didn’t do the non negotiables ? And we weren’t ourselves?

He never holds his hands up and takes the blame himself, naivety.

Is he having a laugh? The only missed chances we had tonight were the missed chances to get into their half. Well okay, we had one at the start and one where Routs had a poor first touch, but compared to them it was fuck all.

40% possession
-10 shots for
20+ shots against
outplayed
no Ayew
next season will be tougher
brentford not looking good, the only silver lining and that is faint

He should be rueing not signing recognised strikers and an awful Summer and New Year transfer window.

He should be rueing picking a 36 year old winger upfront instead of one of the two young, talented forwards he had on the bench. As per usual with Cooper, a Hail Mary selection in Routledge paid dividends a game or two ago and now he's persisting with it despite it clearly not working.

The "lack of a recognised striker" thing is a smokescreen anyway. What he wanted was another one of his u17's. When he didn't get it he had a strop. He's already got the tools at his disposal to play a far more aggressive, attractive style of play and he's simply incapable of doing it. Another Rhian Brewster type of loan might have dug him out of the same hole in the same way as last season, but it would have only been a temporary fix.

Missed chances I turned over for the darts after 30 mins. Did we miss a hatful? Or 1 or 2?

We had one decent chance after 30 minutes where Lowe played Routs through but his touch was too heavy and it went straight to the keeper. I have no idea what planet Cooper is on.

The main chance we missed was getting rid of him after losing 4 in a row.
