I’ve just got no interest in being nice to people who think they can explain away or justify antisemitic abuse, which is exactly what you’re doing.

Trampie's always been a hateful little bigot. No surprises.

You do have anger issues, you have done it before, there is no justification for your abuse (or anti-Semitic abuse where it exists).

You’re last few posts have been justifying the antisemitic thrown at Margaret Hodge, you cunt.

The thing is how independent were the investigators they apparently are not investigating Islamaphobia in the Conservative party, their own record as regards redundancies in their own organisation as regards who got laid off doesn't look good.
Also the CEO and the Chairman at the time of investigating Corbyn seemed to have far more in common with Corbyns opponents shall we say than Corbyn.

I completely agree about the Tories and Islamophobia, but again that's more whataboutery :)
If it proves a bias then it would not be whataboutery, wasn't one person alone in 2019 responsible for over half the complaints ?
Doesn't Labour have the biggest membership in Western Europe or something of any party and was it 2 people or something they thought was antisemitic out of tens of thousands ?
I'm not saying there is no issue, but I think a number was done on Corbyn and I think Corbyn is a posh English Tory that has never done a proper days work and should not be in the Labour party, anyone that is a real socialist should not have served under Tony Blair who was a bigger Tory than Mrs Thatcher but Corbyn did, but I must say as somebody that votes against Corbyn that the accusations against him are absurd.

I think it's both. It seems like he has genuine charges to answer about how he failed to deal with AS, and there's been a number done on him in other ways. I thought you were Plaid anyway?

I am all for fairness and equality and I think a number has been done on Corbyn, Corbyn has not been done for antisemitism but for his handling of the allegations, In my view he looked at it and thought what antisemitism, where is the fire, is it out of the question that others might have arrived at the same conclusion if indeed that was the case.
Certain people did not want him in charge and antisemitism was weaponised to get rid of him.

Aside from the AS stuff, a good local MP doesn't make leadership material. The man of the people Len McCluskey has a lot to answer for in this sorry state of affairs.

Yes indeed.

Maybe I've somehow been sheltered from these things in my life but I have never experienced any anti-semitic remarks or behaviour; same with anti-protestant or anti-catholic stuff. I don't think it's a Welsh thing to do.
I don't think Corbyn is anti-semitic- I'm sure he is anti Israel but I don't think he has any prejudice against Jewish people pre se.
His failure to deal with this issue when leader was due to his inability to manage and lead, and give it appropriate importance -not due to his perceived anti semitic views. He became leader after being a renegade, rebel, loner of an MP, not being an integral part of the PLP. He became leader without having any experience of having managed or led anything of significance. This got shown up with the way he handled the anti-semitism issue, the way he played dead in the 2016 Brexit campaign and the way he handled opposition to Brexit in the 2017-2019 period, shying away from any liaison with other opposition parties. Then there was the sitting on the fence regarding Brexit in the 2019 general election.
I was comfortable with the 2019 Labour manifesto although I was personally against the re-nationalisation of utilities due to the cost and its relative immateriality in the overall scheme of things. But unfortunately, in my view, his past leadership performance and continued leadership in the 2019 election cost labour victory.
On balance, I think the NEC were correct (just) to reinstate him because I don't think he is intrinsically anti-semitic. But I also agree with Starmer's actions in not reinstating him as an MP because he was negligent in a manner in which he managed the issue when leader and acerbated the problem by mismanaging it.
Although many will point, justifiably, to his association with some dubious individuals in the past, I also think he's what I call a good bloke with good principles and I trust him not to lie to me. But he didn't have that gravitas, didn't have those leadership, management and inspirational skills to be chosen to be PM. He had two chances and failed.
I'd like him now to just go quietly into whatever comes his way and just let go of any further action against the party or Starmer. He might like to harm Starmer's position ( yeah, I know, goes against my "good bloke" statement)but the collateral damage will be another Tory government. A different person would just merge into the background for the sake of a Tory defeat in the next election. And McCluskey can go away too.
