Btw - given we know Morris new shareholding (and the Trust] we can backsolve despite lack of companies house filing as yet to say that approximately the same number of shares have been issued as was issued when Morris came on board (c.430k). Which suggests, assuming same valuation (would assume Morris would not have accepted lower valuation) c.£10m has gone into club.
For Coleman to have in excess of 10%, it follows his investment must have been in excess of £6.3m of that £10m. Impossible to say what other than that though as it won’t be disclosed.
