• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I can still picture Tosh hugging him after the win at Preston. He was the youngster of our team at the time tasting success for the first time with the gaffer who had seen much success during his years as a player.

RIP Dud.

Condolences to family and friends, far too young. RIP Dudley.

Very sad news, what a player he was for us as we rose through the ranks under Tosh and thrived in the First Division.

RIP Duds taken far to young.

RIP Dudley - YJB ...
I saw this photo lots yesterday and its especially poignant to me as the supporter in that picture joining in the celebration is my late brother Brian.

Terrible news on Dudley yesterday, couldn't really comprehend it when I heard it - RIP, and thoughts with family and friends

And while I am here RIP Brian too!

Terribly sad news. One of a trio of talented young players from the Hafod area, along with Jimmy Loveridge and Tony Guard. A very modest young man. I think he was Head Boy at one of the schools he attended.
