A fair assessment (although I don't agree re the Cardiff comments, which are probably the most stupid remarks from a Swansea manager I've heard in 33 years).

Unlike his three predecessors, he has no wriggle room to use the transfer market as an excuse for underperformance. That's a good thing.

September and October will soon tell us if this bloke is up to it or not.
