I have purchased a couple of tickets for myself and father in law for the Plymouth game. I had to do it over the phone with the ticket office.

I was told that I would have tickets emailed to me and they have just arrived. The ticket office said I would be able to print the tickets. I explained that I was travelling from home in Bromley to Swansea before the email would arrive and that once in Swansea I would not have access to a printer. The lady at the ticket office said I would just be able to show the QR codes on my phone and would not have to print them off

Now the covering email suggests I "must" print them off. I have the Swans app and the tickets are there in the Jacks section with clear QR codes.

So, do I or do I not have to print? Anyone know?

You don’t have to print them off just use the codes on your phone to enter the Swansea.com Swansea Stadium.

Also if you want to show them both on your phone, knock on the disabled access doors and there will be a human being to scan both codes with a hand held scanner.

I read on the site that you can actually pass your phone back through the bars to the next person so they can get in. Imagine if you had ordered 6 tickets or so? Carnage.
I am now purchasing Preston tickets and it seems they will be sent out via snail mail. I travel to Blackpool early Friday so I hope they are posted out in time.
The schedules are really tight. I feel for those without computers and printers plus those with poor teckkie knowledge. Mine is not great and the system gets on my tits at times.

I received my e-tickets for the Plymouth match yesterday. They show in the app on my phone.

However, there is no bar code, only a QR code. At the Stoke game, I was told that I had to have a bar code. Fortunately, I had printed a ticket.

Does anyone know if a QR code is sufficient?

Yes, my season ticket shows a QR code not a barcode & it's worked fine for the 2 home games. My Plymouth ticket shows the same format.

I live in NW England, my experience of buying away tickets is that they come really quickly within a couple of days. Always very impressed. Bought mine last night so will let you know when it arrives

Yep. My Preston tickets were ordered yesterday. Posted out first class the same day and arrived today.
I have been having a moan about the systems of late but this was spot on. Well done to the ticket office.
