The way things are looking at the moment we’ll still be watching with interest the Vaccine Invation(?) thread to see where that ends up. . Oh, and shielding will have ended. all I need now is my second jab. It should be in 3 weeks.

Easter is in the Spring, Spring lamb.

Redcurrant jelly mixed with finely chopped fresh mint and the zest of an orange. You won't get a better sauce to go with it.

My company has always worked on Good Friday and taken the Tuesday post Easter instead (it's a throw back to the days of British Leyland). However for the first time in twenty five years I am having the day off so will make a five day weekend out of it and kick it all off with an Indian and a few beers on Thursday night. The weather looks fair so the focus will be on getting the garden opened up.

Thanks for that. I'd never heard of lamb having any traditional connection to Easter before! And to answer your question, no I won't be having a leg of lamb.
