• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Well it seems to me that there are a couple of possibilities. One is that everyone knew damn well that Mandelson was deep into the Epstein business but he was put in Washington as a warning shot to Trump.

But the second possibility, and this is a bit out there but who knows any more, is that the whole Epstein thing was a Russian/ Israeli operation (that bit I’m increasingly convinced about) and there may have been people ‘inside’ that operation who were actually working for us. But Starmer couldn’t admit that if the US didn’t know, even if he means he goes as a result.

I think it’s possible, however unlikely.
There is definitely more to come, there will be a few more reaching for popcorn moments, without a doubt.

I have a simpler view which is that Mandelson was simply a pig with his nose in the trough, and the lack of due diligence by McSweeney failed to uncover the depths of his past.

Yeah, but why wouldn’t MI5/6 just have blocked it if it didn’t suit them? They had the right to veto. And I’m struggling to understand how Starmer, a very senior barrister, could suddenly act as if he’s genuinely stupid. Because it was obvious it was coming out. Epstein was a thing way before Mandelson was appointed.

Or did Mandelson gamble on this level of detail not being regurgitated?

Incredible scandal. Starmer is toast. His political judgment was abysmal from Day 1. Frank Gardner BBC Security Correspondent and well connected suspects Russian involvement. How did Epstein make his money?

You are slow on the uptake there Lisa if only now you are starting to think that Epstein and Ghislaine are Israeli assets.
Look at Robert Maxwell, many are sure that he was working for Israel and didn't he introduce his daughter to Epstein ?
Look at Gaza, Israel committing a genocide and it was literally green lighted by our leaders, seems to me that many of our leaders are compromised and work for a foreign power in the shape of Isreal and not us, they are traitors.

Mr Occam wants a word. 😆

There’s definitely a Russian - edit, or/and Israel - angle in this; it would be interesting to know the source of Epstein’s wealth. The whole operation smacks of a massive honey trap.

As to Starmer, I just think he has hardly any political sense at all, so in that context, is stupid, and with Mandelson, got what you get when keeping a poisonous snake too close to you. I do however believe there was some thinking on Starmer’s - or more likely McSweeney’s - part that Mandelson could ‘manage’ Trump in some way through their common love of Epstein. That went well.

I don’t understand how, under Five Eyes agreement, the US Dept of Justice documents were not available to MI6.

Angela Rayner has had a good day today.
She was very smiley afterwards apparently. Not the first time she’s had to tell Starmer to stop being an arse.

So effective, and rattles all the baby schoolboys to their core. Such a shame about that tax f**k up. A man gets away with that, no sweat, of course.

That’s not terminal by any means.

I'm surprised that Woody Allen is currently getting a free ride.

Shouldn’t be, but just imagine the pile on near the election.

I’d still be 10x happier with that than Streeting, Phillipson, or Burnham (it won’t be Burnham now anyway).
