To be fair Martinez was the same age when he took over us In League 1 with no experience of coaching at all. Brendan I think was only 3/4 years older than the guy now with a similar background.

I'm not sure how familiar you are with the MLS or not, but the wage structure there is very, VERY weird. Teams can only stump the cash for a handful of players and most focus this money on attacking. Thus, the league overall has very poor defense.

I didn't know that. Only viewing I get of MLS is random clips of Messi. But defense wise it always seems really POOR and players just standing or being slow. So might explain the goals.

It’s an interesting link. I can see the argument for experience (not that I can think of a name, but then it’s not my job to).

This guy’s got a great pedigree for a young coach,M. If he was part of McKenna’s team he’ll be intelligent, focus on the detail and will have a great work ethic.

If we got for an up and coming coach, on paper we could do a lot worse.

I am gonna call it the Williams effect any manger I have slight doubts over I panic . Williams came with... Well was said by some to be what we was looking for.
