To me Eric Ramsay fits the profile of coach we should be looking for. We need someone with the ability to implement the style of football we want to see but also and perhaps more importantly able to connect with a young squad of players.
It’s fairly obvious Duff was quite an aloof character the opposite to Martin and he’s probably never really had the trust of his players.

I’ll be honest, I’d never heard of him.
Just reading some articles and along with Chris Davies, he’s the type of coach I’d like to see here.
