• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Fisher, and I have no idea what he is like. I know what Hamer is like though. Benda would have us 5 points better off by now. Martin’s prejudices are harming us.

The key point here is that Martin signed Fisher and let Benda go out on loan.

And boy does he have prejudices. We are playing on one leg due to the whims and wishes of our leader. I had an idea this season would be bad but I didn't forsee us alienating and moving on players who have demonstrated, at the very least, that they are competent at this level. He's also managed to upset two players that arrived when he did. ( I hesitate to call them his players because its rarely that simple these days with DoF etc) Is this season of over? you betcha. Is the dream of Martinball? I'm going to say no. I think we should stick to one vision right now and see where it takes us, even if that be down to the dungeon.
A cautionary tale to end this missive. Long has the tale been told of Martin and HIS players. Things will be better when he gets players that can play his way. He needs 2 windows. Newsflash ....window 1 closes tomorrow. Is the tale going to evolve in the telling? He needs 3 windows? 4? Who's going to pay for these mystical players? Anyone got any magic beans?
