Really poor again yesterday....

Created their first goal with his punch out and should of saved it.

Second goal he yet again was just rooted to his line when he should of come out to close down the angle.

I fear for us this season.

I thought CAbango was at fault for the second. The big bloke had already showed us his trick 5 minutes earlier. Not sure Fisher had much chance with that one.

But yes a very poor goalkeeper in my opinion. Never looks secure on anything.

Could be worse.
We could still have Hamer.
Sorry.
Trying to find a brightside.

Keeper has no faith in the players in front of him.
Players have no faith in the keeper.
And I don't think anyone in the ground has faith in Martin.
The yeehaas just don't care one way or another.

Cabango had a shocking game. That own goal on Tuesday appears to have wrecked any confidence he had. And I’m a fan of his.

I agree but any good keeper will, knowing he's the last line of defence, come towards the attacker to try and close down the angle.

The whole team is shot to bits imo.

He's not a great keeper, competent but not great...however he is being made to look like a tw@t by Martin's mental tactics at the back.

Seriously, what good keeper would want to come to us seeing the sh*t that he has to juggle at the back?

He's a peculiar one, alright. He can produce the odd worldy save, but then he goes and gifts goals by feckin up the basics. The first goal yesterday, there was no problem with him punching away under pressure and you could see he had a clear view and set himself up for the shot. But then, when the shot came in, instead of getting down with his body behind it, it looked like he was trying to pat the ball into the ground as it went under him, which is why the ball flicked up as it went into the net. WTF was that all about?

He's very poor. Doesn't command his area , totally mute and easily beaten.
Out of his depth.

sloppy in possession for first goal. gave away a throw in through lack of effort and they get a corner from this then score. not good enough

Still convinced that Benda is a far better keeper in terms of shot stopping and commanding the area… you know, things that a goalkeeper should actually need to be good at.

As we saw at Oxford and previously, under this system Yashin and Banks would struggle so Benda or Fisher makes no difference.

Particularly worrying when, despite the press reports, the OG was clearly off Darling ;)
