Southampton 2 up at Reading inside 8 minutes

Tivonge Rushesha started for Reading. Just on trial but was named on the teamsheet.

Wasn’t he good enough Jasper or have we let a prospect get away?

The two ACL injuries in a row really hurt his progress. Senior debut at 17 but to be a bit harsh he didn't really offer much beyond "neat and tidy". Lacked the pace to play out wide, and too small for a centre half. Was very good in the Naughton sweeper role in the middle of the u21s back three but how many teams are looking for that sort of player? Think he played midfield today.

Hope they give him a chance. Charlie Savage signing for them today but they need numbers.

The PL summer series Brentford vs Brighton on Sky now, 10.30 kick off.. if anyone is missing football, first game of proper football I've watched except the Swans for a few months

Just watched a bit of Hearts v Lids, Dan James going from the sublime to the ridiculous every 5 minutes 😂

Scored a good goal.

That 17 year old they've got is a bit decent. Won't be in the Championship long once he fills out a bit more.

It was a brilliant finish Jasper but got chalked off for an enfringement by Bamford on the goalkeeper.
Yes that young lad was quality, his crossing was pinpoint.
