I hope they stay up

This yo-yo pattern with Fulham/Norwich/Watford is not good, it needs to be broken

Looks like West Brom have finally found the answer

I'd never really clocked it but it looks like Wigan and Rotherham are very similar between the Championship and League One

Rotherham are currently on a down / up / down / up / down / up sequence.

Fulham players would feel they will still be at the club after promotion , other clubs players would feel insecure about their positions , it makes a big difference in attitude

the yo-yo pattern is something we should aspire to be

I would say some players at fulham would feel insecure as the squad is going to need bolstering if they are going to try and stay in the PL.

Yes they have p!ssed the championship but the PL is another universe altogether.

But with every 'yo-yo' it becomes less and less likely.

Think about it, if promotion is worth 100m (arguments sake) and a team that is promoted 3 times in 6 seasons gets 300m, then what chance has anyone else got in comparison?

On the opposite side, prior to their promotion to League One in 2010, Rochdale were in League Two (fourth tier) for 41 years.

Currently Forest hold the EFL record I believe (promoted to the Championship the same year as us in 2008)

Derby were also relegated that year but obviously have lost that now

Coventry City v Swansea City
