Fully automated turnstiles will be introduced at the Liberty for when fans return.

You’ll still get dickheads stuck in them though, causing a logjam.

Sounds interesting. Hopefully, by going "fully", they mean revolution speed will be governed by queue level, ie low queue - nice and easy, mega queue = turnstile warp speed, various nets, cushions etc. inside to catch surviving fans.

When I was last at Murrayfield 5 years ago a Welsh lady of ample proportions literally got stuck in a turnstile. The fire brigade were called to get her out.

I remember, years ago, when a professional wrestler, Giant Haystacks or the other one, got his arse wedged into a toilet on the train. V embarrassing.

I'll be honest, if I were ever too fat to fit through a turnstile I'd never leave the house in shame.

Love the turnstiles. Never see them here in Germany. Bit of nostalgia. Squeezing through and then released into the concourse ( or straight over to get a pasty at the Vetch).
