• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

It's nights like these which remind me of the time when I told Darran (who had a house full of guests) that Sky were mistakenly showing some big fight over on channel 903. He eagerly flipped channels, much to the delight of his guests, only to find some bird strutting her stuff on Babestation.

Prick.

Some punch that!

Fairplay to Whyte in getting up, hated Fury when he first arrived on the scene, but he's grown on me with his class, best British Heavyweight ever for me, he's done everything that's been asked of him, beats Joshua with ease, Uysk might be a tough one, but Tyson wins for me, really hope he doesn't retire.

Brilliant :D

Watching the undercard, how does a fat bald bloke get to fight in the same ring as Fury and White at Wembley stadium, seriously, he looks like he's just walked outa the Smiths

Innit, we just said the same thing.
Rumours bout this undercard are true...its fckn awful.

Issac v Lowe was a decent bout in fairness, nice warm up to main event.

There’s nowt more patriotic on St George’s Day than an Englishman singing American Pie.

Lewis for me. Won every single belt.

He's the best of his generation, but you ought to judge any fighter on what he achieved in his OWN era. - Not how he might have fared as a time traveller.

He’s had 5 world title fights, against 3 fighters - A very poor version of Wlad, Wilder x 3 and Smyth, and only defended it twice.

This was the highlight of the night.
