If the owners had the balls they would do what Norwich did and ditch their manager before the January window so that they could get someone new in and give them an opportunity to assess the squad (and those out on loan) and then make a decision on a couple of positions to recruit as well.

Those who say that our squad is bang average to poor I think is doing our players a disservice, under a positive ball playing manager Grimes was far better than what we see now, similarly we had players who looked dangerous only to be then either hooked or sent off on loan or left to rot in the reserves.

I honestly think that we have a strong squad which is being grossly mismanaged, we are barely seeing 50% of the potential of our players right now.
