Lots of documentaries will use stock footage, especially in trailers. If they actually use this footage in the documentary and claim this was an event involving Meghan and Harry when it wasn't, that's a different story.

It'll blow some people's minds to hear that scenes featured in trailers for TV programs and films are sometimes not in the final edit!
