Interesting to see how Roberts gets on tonight for Burnley.
Left us for prem football, hardly ever got a look in with Dyche and now he is back in the Championship.

Often teams that come down from the Prem can be seen as strong favourites to bounce back, not sure I can see that with Burnley but a tough test against Hudderfield will say a lot about them.

To be fair to Connor, he went there injured after the Euros, then had to work his way into the team. Hardly missed a minute from January onwards and was first choice with Dyche long before he left. He'd be disappointed to be relegated of course, but had a decent season.

I thought Burnley looked very good no matter how slow Hudds started. Another thing I noticed about them is that they don't seem to have a goal machine. They will all have to chip in on that viewing.

Performances are probably a better guide for the season than tonight's result, but on that basis if anyone finishes above Burnley they'll at least be top 6 if not 2.

Like Sham, I thought they'd struggle this season but they've hit their straps straight away.

" If anyone finishes above Burnley they'll be top two or six".
Fck my eyes, on the basis of 1 game??
You are aware it's the championship I take it ?

Burnley played some decent football, Kompany has had an immediate effect there.
Connor was very good I thought.
