• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I think we'll win the playoffs.

Don't get me wrong - I think we're crap, not the players, just the style. No reason why we can't win them.

Just thought I'd leave it here.

This.

Gotta be confident, we’ve beat Barnsley twice and before Bournemouth beat us (sloppy defending) they were in patchy form to say the least, plus their last 2 games losing to 10 men Brentford and Wycombe will have dented them... hopefully.

The other 3 sides see us as the weak link and see us as no threat. Hopefully prove them al wrong

I don't think any manager worth his salt will see any team as a weak link in a do or die situation. They know that every playoff game will be a battle and that there's always every chance of the luckiest team getting promoted instead of the best team.

You watch...we'll stuff Bournemouth in the semis and get battered by Barnsley in the final...

'tis the Swansea way...

We may as well….

There is nothing to be afraid of. As fans we are used to being quiet underdogs. We have played in semi finals where we have been unfancied.

We beat Chelsea over 2 legs to reach Wembley. Although there is no michu, de guzman et al this time we certainly don't need to be afraid of the 3 B's.

We are not underdogs, we are a bigger club than all 3 of these lot.

All similar with the exception of the bus stop and if they go up they will be similar too.

If we go up I hope it’s a result of a couple of dodgy penalties, two unfair reds for the opposition and at least one offside goal.
