39 is young and U17 football is laughable. Steve Cooper was a fresh young manager trying to make name for himself however you dress it up.

Winning any international tournament is a success at any age group, especially a World Cup, and look what Foden, Sancho etc have gone on to become

If it's Ian Holloway I'm moving my season ticket to the west stand and I'm throwing fruit at you all year Darran.

Coached by their clubs and set out to do ‘shape’ by the Shapemeister. International managers do not coach players. Southgate is a shite manager for example, but a decent bloke. He might have won the Euros if he could pick a team and let them play properly.

To give Cooper credit for Sancho and Foden is laughable. Maybe he helped Guehi, I’ll give him that one. Maybe.

That was my point, we knew what Cooper would set up and play like

Can see why but Id like us to go back to fresh young managers trying to make a name for themselves

Like Steve Cooper.

Who led us to 2 playoff exits in 2 seasons, but played eye-bleedingly bad football and clearly had no indication of staying beyond this season, so the club have had to mutual consent him.

So yeah, another fresh young manager like Cooper, but who can look to get us playing better football would be lovely.

Cooper and Southgate are peas in a pod. Some remarkable similarities in managerial style, and their failings are basically the same too.

That's because they follow the "England DNA" philosophy,

Google it and you'll see on the how we play section what its meant to be. Far cry from what we actually played like for sure, but you can see some of the similarities there.

Holloway would be a dreadful appointment .. Do our owners have relatives in Splott?
