• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

😂 I dunno where to begin with that one.

Ok I'll have a go, so what your saying is that all season ticket fans should be forced into membership as a means of revenue collection for a rainy day that's already here by the way. f**k my eyes.

The horse bolted fella, the trust is finished.

Yes it has bolted and I’ve lost my respect for the Trust and as it is now I’d want nothing to do with it.
Looking ahead though, things can change and there’s nothing to say a new group of fans couldn’t organise themselves and get elected to the Board and change things. Fans shouldn’t be forced it to membership, but I’m pretty sure the club donated £10 for every season ticket sold and if that restarted it could soon grow in to something decent which could be used in the future because that rainy day will come again.

I get what your saying but isn't that totally dependant on what the owners would allow, they have taken all the power away from the trust why would they want to give that back in the future?
