Just a quick question about the JAM, which I’m hoping can be answered by anyone who is signed up for one.

Basically, all that I’d like to find out about it is, based on the perks you get, is there any value to becoming a member?

I've only ever had one in the past to get first dibs on certain tickets, these days the demands for tickets seems to be less which would question the value in a JA membership.

Having given up my season ticket after our first season under Wuss, I've not missed out when waiting for tickets to go on sale at general release.

The membership isn't worth it for my needs.

Thank you for your opinion on what I am, or not missing, as the case may be.

Did you take advantage of any of the other perks that they offer their members?

Their advertisement for membership doesn’t seem to go into much detail about what’s involved with those that I can see.

No, only ever used it to purchase early access for certain matches.

To this day I couldn't tell you what the other perks were. This probably to do more with my ignorance, though.

I’m the same as Smurf. Only join for earlier access to tickets. I also don’t know what the other perks are, and certainly not anything I’ve ever used.

Basically that was the only perk, early access to away tickets, maybe a couple of bob off away travel perhaps 🤷

Useful for away tickets with or without season ticket (I never really used it for anything else) but haven’t bothered with one for the last few years as rarely travelling away these days.

A Jack Army membership for non-season ticket holders at Swansea City FC provides
essential early access to home and away league match tickets, crucial for high-demand games. Members benefit from discounted ticket prices, inclusion in the "Swans Cashback" scheme on ticket/merchandise purchases, and access to partner discounts through the "Your Jack Benefits" (YJB) scheme.
Swansea City +3
Key benefits for non-season ticket holders include:
  • Ticket Priority: Gain second priority for home league tickets and first priority for away league games, allowing purchase before general sale.
  • Financial Savings: Access to special discounted prices for home league games (e.g., £25 instead of £30 for adults) and selected away games.
  • Swans Cashback: Earn 5% cashback on merchandise and cashback on ticket purchases to use on future ticket purchases.
  • Loyalty Points: Earn loyalty points for attendance, which helps build a history for high-demand games.
  • Exclusive Offers: Access to the 'Your Jack Benefits' (YJB) scheme for discounts from partners and sponsors

I've never had it and I've never missed it because I live in London and don't attend home games. But I'm considering getting it next season depending on how many London teams are in the division. I doubt if this is helpful for you but let us know what you decide.
