Like I said.
Purely from a point of view that replacing him this late on would cause more headaches that its worth, I wouldn't see him gone now. The summer is a different story.

What is there to replace though? He offers nothing apart from taking home a hefty wage.

That would be ideal, but we all know LW is against giving youth a chance or else hoe would have done it by now.
We'd just be another body lighter in an area that we're already short.
