I hope there’s something in this.
Remember reading him and Toshack were planning their next move carefully.
They’ll inherit a squad/youth system of very good footballers who perhaps lack athleticism and intensity. I believe they had that nailed down at Leeds.
 
His record at Leeds isn't exactly filling me with enthusiasm about this potential appointment, I have to be honest.

I remember Rodgers saying he was something like 5th/6th choice for us the year we appointed him and he was struggling to get interviews for L2 clubs, we only offered him a yearly rolling contract if I remember correctly.
