• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Culpable for Burnley’s first goal making a hard enough task even harder.
Maybe a bit of time on the bench will do both parties good.

I keep wanting to see the player that he was when he first joined. But I'm running out of excuses on defending him now. His defending is shocking, his decision making is bad and he is back up at best. We need better option in the summer.

Key was one who I thought developed under the Martin reign. Williams took him in a different direction and this talk about Gareth Bale and the marauding runs that he was asked to do, haven’t had a positive effect. I think it’s a confidence issue, another job for our new manager to fix.

Key today was truly disappointing.
I don't mind errors that happen so long as there is intent behind them.

However standing on the ball and falling onto your face under no challenge whatsoever isn't even an error, its a failure of basic human motor function. I haven't even seen that happen in an under 12s game of football let alone in the professional game.

When he came to us his strengths were fantastic delivery and relentless stamina. Right now he seems a shadow of the player from 2023.

I don’t believe he played under Martin? He came in with Duff I think.

Think he needs time on the bench and Parker in the team for abit.

Agree on all points. 👍👍

Then my timing is out. He’s definitely been asked to adapt his game in a way which has not benefited him.

He was alright under Duff I thought, when he did it more simple, that goal he scored at Plymouth away was brilliant, get him back to doing some basics and not dribble past 3/4 players and he'll be good again, what Williams said regarding Gareth Bale and offering him a new deal probably hasn’t helped his cause.

My thoughts too.
