Yeah we all said this and clearly Williams was the only one who couldn't see it. Player after player, he turned them into below average players. Just look how most of the squad has kicked on since he has left. VP is like a new signing, same as well for Eom. The fear as you said if we get a clone. This time, maybe we will keep away from lower league managers and get one who comes with something. Granted Williams did, but at a lower level.
