Surely someone could come up with better questions than those.

I hate questions that are giving the answers and we have come away with little to nothing. I'm not asking them to delve into there personal life but be more creative.

My pet hate is questions that begin with "How important is/was it to ... yada yada yada". It's like completing one of those online satisfaction surveys where 1=Totally irrelevant and 10=Vital. If I was asked such a question I'd be tempted to answer "8", and see what the interviewer's response was.

Why not pertinent, relevant questions; such as "why was the officiating so dreadful again today?"...
