• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

As in, you can’t watch it earlier on the iPlayer as you normally can (8pm).
Having just finished watching the TV broadcast, yes is the answer to your question. The Beeb is aiming to show impartiality by not airing the iPlayer version whilst polling stations are still open.

Ah. I didn’t know you could do that. The answer will be yes then. It would have had to have waited till the polls closed at 10pm

Unprecedented results and not even close in the end. Starmer will be ruing the decision not to let Burnham stand.

He was between a rock and a hard place. If he'd let Burnham stand, it wouldn't be long before he was the ex leader of the Labour Party. Don't let him stand then get walloped, it wouldn't be long before he was the ex leader of the Labour Party.

Burnham winning the seat or Labour getting trounced into third place; which one puts Starmer in a more precarious position?

Fartage and Deform so full of shit.

Starmer - or more likely Labour, because he looks pretty much done - needs to wake up and stop all this right wing immigration crap. Hopefully this might be that alarm call.

Hannah, the Green lady’s speech could have been a Labour speech before Starmer and McSweeney started chasing the fascists, the billionaires and the daily Mail. Over 10,000 morons voting.Shitler is still fairly alarming. The good news of course is that they chucked everything at Caerphilly and this and were still humped. The tactical voting idea is getting good, and in neither case could Labour smugly be shit and be the beneficiary. It’s amazing how politics has jumped through the looking glass. FPTP is now beyond stupid, in terms of representation or the illusion of ‘democracy’. Almost as stupid as those that vote nazi.

Get a grip Starmer, ffs. Be radical. Be Labour. Start today.
