If the accuser is found to have definitely lied then he should be named.

If the verdict is not guilty that does not necessarily mean that the accuser lied, it could mean that there was enough doubt not to convict.

I agree Joe but if the verdict is not guilty the person in court should also be allowed to continue with their life which is very difficult in these situations.
 
I want to put my faith in the justice system to deliver the correct verdict.

Recent events make that quite difficult

Theres something quite uncomfortable that Wales Online are running it as they would do a sports coverage on their website

Is that normal for court cases?

Not seen it like that before Phil, but reading the transcript, dear god. Guess well just have to wait and see. The case is on for a week.
