If a player of Latibeaudiere's quality is "holding out" for a better deal we're fùcked for getting the cash in for recruitment in January, we should seriously be looking to get him off the payroll in the next window, I doubt it will happen though

We played a flat back 4 today with Naughton and Latibeaudiere and full backs… Pato and Ntcham as wingers… it’s safe to safe it didn’t work… and Russell Martin blames the players.

Martin blames everything and everyone when we lose (except not accepting any part of the blame himself), but accepts all the praise for brilliant tactics, style of play, playing people out of position etc when we win.

Players can't be happy being thrown under the steam roller week in week out.
