I suspect Labour will badly miss the money as they don’t have numerous wealthy backers like the Conservatives have, however it may not be a bad thing if it shows they are less reliant on the Unions.

JC may be an honourable well intentioned person, but to a significant number of the British electorate he was simply unelectable. McCluskey and others who harbour the same beliefs need to realise Labour in its previous guise would never gain enough support to win an election, so it’s a case of change or other on the vine. It seems some have difficulty 8n understanding that.

It seems to me McCluskey is the one who should be under the spotlight, by Unite's own members. Ask him why he is such an enabler for the Tories. And get some decent candidates to stand against him and remove him from position. No time like the present.
