Who cares what the correct pronunciation is, he’s ours now and we’ll call him what we like.
Remember Gwylim Bauza?
Don’t have to go back to remembering, fans struggle with a three letter name of a current player, Eom.

I can post numerous other links where it states he was a central defender for all his clubs.

The forum knows your incessant, obsession to be some kind of Swansea City oracle, so I'll leave it there.
Can he play right back?

From what I remember Sky Walker signed as a midfielder .
Frank Burrows converted him into a centre back alongside Chopper Harris .
John Hughes was a centre forward who went back to Scotland then he later played centre back.
We signed 3 didnt we?. add on Chalmers?

Yes we signed Paul Chalmers striker ,
Son of Celtic Legend Stevie Chalmers who scored in the Final of the European Cup where they won 2 - 1 .
What a team Celtic were .

Depends where you look.

Happy to be proven wrong if you can find anything on the internet that states he started or played in the centre of midfield because I can't.

with my one eye i found....."Keith Walker joined Swansea City on 23 November 1989 in a mid-season triple transfer from St Mirren, alongside Paul Chalmers and John Hughes, to strengthen the squad under manager Ian Evans.[11] As a Scottish central defender, he quickly established himself as a reliable and versatile presence in the backline, capable of playing in midfield or even attack, providing defensive solidity during the club's battles in the lower divisions of the English Football League.[3]

Capable is the operative word here, just like the start of the sentence "As a Scottish central defender".........

I'm pretty sure he was signed as a midfielder then Burrows converted him to Centre Back .

The person to ask is Colin ( Swansea )
His record keeping is amazing.
