• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

With them pricing up tickets at a 45 quid, why can't the club do a massive saving on coach travel? ( priced at 42 bucks).
As a one off why not even offer it for free?
Wouldn't cost em a fortune as its midweek and not many will go...but hands across the sea n all that.

Charge them £45 when they come down here and fill the away section, see how they like it...

My bad pal. I saw headline of 10 quid a ticket and thought that was for adults ffs.
Makes a shout for free travel even stronger?

No surprise there.

It's a tricky one Saint, Lids sell out thier allocation every away game, so they are trying to force the hand of rival clubs to offer them discounted tickets by hiking up the price of a ticket to away fans at Elland Rd, then offering to "come to an agreement" reciprocally.
But absolutely no reason we can't offer them tickets @20 quid at SA1 for the same deal at thiers, if not, both set of fans get hit in the pocket...

FYI. Home fans pay at least £45 as well.
The exception being £39 in the family stand and a couple of quid for the child

FYI. I couldn't give a toss what they fleece thier own fans for, charge them what they charge us when the come to SA1 👍

Not sure why you're being arsey over it, I was just telling you what the prices are. It's the same price for both home and away fans, they aren't hiked up for away supporters. I work with several Leeds fans and even at these prices they still struggle to get tickets.

Home game v em and the stewards will need to be on alert, as guaranteed they'll be in the home ends.

Not sure if the rule stands but clubs had to charge away fans the same as home fans for equivalent seats and facilities and no more.
