I just think, you have used the wrong choice of words ecb, to imply that water has no taste, well it’s distinctly wrong. It’s like you are confused with other tastes. Like for me, if someone says something is tasteless, then you would think it couldn’t be identified, where the fact is everyone can identify if they are drinking water.

Ok, we’ll have to agree to disagree on this subject. Umm, I really don’t know what else to say, to get my point across. In a way I can see what you are saying, but also I can’t understand why you say water is tasteless, where it obviously has its own unique taste. Just because it doesn’t taste like something else, IMO it does not mean it’s tasteless.

I’ll estimate I’ve drunk around six litres of water so far today, bottles and tap. Zero difference in taste between them. It’s just cold, wet liquid.

I walked the dog down to his house a few weeks ago as it’s been a few years since I went there and it’s not far from me. Always makes me feel a bit sad that it was only a few years later that he’d have been able to get treatment and live a normal life. And angry again at how Aids was viewed in those days. Literally shouted at the radio this week when David Blunkett was on. Will never forget how sickening his comments about it were. However much he pretends these days they weren’t.

Not sure if you have seen It’s a Sin, but it’s a great and also very sad series, not sure how accurate they portrayed the early 80s and when AIDS broke, but it’s an absolute scandal that alarm bells were not raised earlier. Could have prevented lots of unnecessary deaths, even before treatment.

Not sure if you have seen It’s a Sin, but it’s a great and also very sad series, not sure how accurate they portrayed the early 80s and when AIDS broke, but it’s an absolute scandal that alarm bells were not raised earlier. Could have prevented lots of unnecessary deaths, even before treatment.

Got it on out the garden on greatest hits, Nik kershaw just finished, bit of Sade, then from 3pm sting, Phil Collins and Howard Jones

I tried to get it on the radio element of the tele box but it wasn't on anywhere, so give up Men's Tennis Final is on soon as well which should be a cracker, only downside is having Clare Balding on there, why didn't someone with a Tennis background like Annabel Croft get the gig to present Wimbledon or a former Male tennis player even, Sue Barker is a big loss in my eyes.
