• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

All eyes are on what Iran does next. I can’t see them just rolling over and looking weak in front of their population. Nervous times.
But Iran IS weak, and the population largely detest the regime anyway.

Not entirely sure what they can do, outside of trying to sponsor a terror attack or launching missiles at US bases in the region. The proxies, like Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis and Syria are in a weakened state right now as well.

I think Israel/US is hoping for a popular uprising/revolution to take down the regime, but that's a big ask.

Hopefully the Uk will not enter into this conflict, quite worrying that sky news interviewing Starmer practically egging him on for action. Big big test for Keir. Hopefully he will come good on this.

Netanyahu and his regime are vile, and so is Donald Trump, a toxic mix, worrying times.

Well we’ll see what pans out but destroying Iran’s nuclear plants isn’t a bad thing is it?

That’s the question above, let’s not go into other things on what might happen in the future just answer that one.
I know I’ve said this before and not many agree but Netanyahu has been saying that Iran are a couple of years away from a nuclear weapon for the last 30 years, and he’s been wrong for 30 years. I’m just wondering what if different this time? Especially with Israel now having to fight wars in multiple fronts and America doing something that they’ve always refused to do in the past?

It also seems weird that the other Arab nations around Iran have allowed Israel and America to wander through their airspace unchallenged to kick the shit out of their Arab brethren.

So much about this doesn’t make sense. Maybe Iran tested something that got everyone’s attention, I don’t know, but something huge has happened.

I have no idea Johnny G. but I notice nobody’s answered my question.

Could go either way J
I’m just hoping my gut instinct is wrong, I feel as if this is start of something major. Never felt like that before. Hopefully I’m just being a plum and worrying over nothing.

Can they at least hold off on the war until I see Innousa and Widdel ripping up the championship FFS!!!

Netanyahu has played Trump like an old fiddle. American intelligence says that Iran are nowhere near having nuclear weapons but Israel has continued to insist that they are. Trump preferred to believe Netanyahu over his own intelligence service.
Israel has got exactly what it wanted but the world is far less safe for everyone else.

I'll have a go then, we all know that most countries have nuclear weapons, Iran being one (did). It it a bad thing probably not, but where does this stop, is Russia next, North Korea etc, etc, I suspect there are a lot of nervous leaders around at the moment. Everyone needs to calm the fvck down, or this could get a bit messy.

It’s finely balanced that’s for sure. Not just in the Middle East either, this has the potential to get the rest of despots erect.
