Luke Williams on Hull City | Reaction

Was his comments copied and pasted from previous games !?!

Anybody with an ounce of footy knowledge knew before kick off our line up would end up in a defeat. The worry being most players couldn't be arsed to compete.

On top of that , our precious little triangles at the back was well and truly bullied well done Selles for working that out for Hull

He tried to lay the gauntlet down to the players in the post match after Sunderland…the fact that there does not seem to be much of a reaction here really does look bad.

It was and is pretty bold to come out like this two games running and in my mind seems like he is in the process of losing the players. If he can’t get them fired up and if he can’t get them to play a successful tactic…then I’m not sure what else there is.

I like the bloke, want him to succeed and for us to have some kind of stability for a while but fear unless we pickup massively over the next few games it doesn’t look good for him.

The fact the players haven't reacted tells us all we need to know.

Gutless and possibly not playing for the manager.

Dead man walking presser.

Folk should question our Club why he was sacked by our Club last time he was sacked by our Club 😉

The answer is telling, and explains much, in so many ways

I have a worse scenario. That was them reacting by playing exactly how they’ve been drilled. Keep the ball, go backwards, give it to Grimesy, play out from the back, then play back to the back, repeat on loop. Try and nick a goal by some happy accident.

Darling being there to score at all, and Cabango’s distraught reaction when he missed, said to me they did care. They have just had any joy and spark coached out of them over the last three, maybe 5 years. It happens too often for it not to be what they train to do. They play back without considering anything else by muscle memory. If the other team stand off, they gain confidence and become a little more expansive; still within the ‘allowed’ straitjacket, if not they go even further into their shells and start messing up. Then he blames them.

It’s crap. Terrible football, even when it’s successful. The sooner Pep keeps losing and clears off and all his little wannabe acolytes get sidelined the better imo.

I can't wait for Boxing Day, hopefully it's pissing down just to add to the misery 😂

Posted earlier saying I can't remember any era of football when the game has been so boring.

I’m going for some Christmas sun so I won’t see it thank God. Unless I happen to watch sat by a pool, totally sozzled. In which case I won’t care.

Spot on.

But Pep learned SO much from Russy, no ??

That has to be one of the funniest, most telling watersheds in Russy's and Pep's demise. Written in the stars.
