• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Luke Williams on Norwich City | Reaction

Tymon and Grimes need taking out of the side for a start.

Pick anyone you like on the bench to replace them.

Edit, add Ronald to the list as well.
I’d gladly get rid of all three. Plus Fulton, Eom, Vipotnik, Peart Harris, Key. As I said though, the replacements are just as horrific.

I'm sure the players don't coach the side. select the team and makes the substitutions.

Barry Bannon is a good example of what Grimes should be doing. Skip, centre midfield and creating chances in the final third and not hiding behind our defenders racking up hundreds of appearances with little impact on the game

Whether Grimes is wagging the Williams tail maybe lies the issue.
Yeah, but the issue is that some players maybe do effectively coach the side, select the team etc etc. or at least, if it’s not the way they want they down tools.

The likes of Tymon and Grimes know they are undroppable with this manager and this is a huge problem.

Or give them new contracts and down tools, like I said before said contracts were awarded

Of those Key was a player who I thought had real potential. He seems to have gone off the rails completely and that’s down to the manager. What is he being instructed to do? Dribble as far as he can before losing the ball? Occasionally play attacking midfield or winger? Same with Tymon who imo has far less natural talent.

Well if that is the case in this situation then LW is even less bright than most think.

They're all struggling under Williams.

It's folly to form any kind of definitive opinion on any of these players, especially the attacking ones, based on what they're being asked to do by LW. It may be the case that Vipotnik or others aren't good enough. There's simply not enough reliable evidence one way or another at present.

If he was missing chances left right and centre then sure. We'd know he was crap. If he's not getting chances at all, then how can you sensibly state otherwise?
