• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Good work, Luke.

Wasn't Gazza plying for the scum today then?

Had his one stormer of the season midweek

Two months later and it seems like he’s doing a very good job. A draw in the last game after four wins back to back with noticeable improvement on both sides of the field. I wish him more success during the season.

At this rate, with his winning ways he might get a call from Cardiff Airport. I hear there looking for a Senior Baggage Carrier. Or maybe he can start to put his name up got other manager jobs like he did with us. Oh I forgot, his agent was sick over Christmas.. Right...

Horses for courses. He had his moments here and then it was in the toilet. I like the guy. He is original and hes off his nut. I will forever remember his post match interviews, when managing County, slack jawed thinking to myeself, did he did he really just say that. There was a Comic strip presents ages ago and over th eend credits they had Phil Cornwell impersonating JimmY Hill on Match of the Day, whilst tripping on LSD. Every Luke interview was like that. More of that please.

He's doing a superb job.
Things went wrong here in and around the takeover coupled with his comment about someone not wanting him here. All a bit sad really given that he is showing himself to be very capable at Posh.
