• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Funny a couple of wins changes our perspective.. most were looking at 7th position last week

Innit! I thought Watford beating Reading was the best result at the time. We'd be just 4 points behind Watford now had Reading won!

Lifey called it in advance, fair play.

I sincerely hope we did. On the flip side, Watford do have a tricky run in, a derby, Norwich and Brentford away. They could easily amass no points there so big pressure at home to wall and maybe a winner takes all last game.

Still reckon you could slip in through the backdoor Benny? 😂

Yeah I was really impressed with how we beat Nottingham nothing to play for forest and Sheffield shite Wednesday after dispatching the club down the road quite efficiently. I guess they busted a gut to beat you lot, done their load....nothing left. I can’t say I’m bothered. We can’t lose 3 of our back 4 and carry on I guess. Same old sh it next season. I said we’d finish 8-10th and we probably will.

Ah fair enough, nice to see you back anyway, when Mick McLaughey took over and was on a roll you were on here more than Prosser 😂

Make no mistake, all the pressure is on Watford

We know something about how a derby game can be the turning point in a period of good form..

Exactly this, throwing away them games could have been the difference between going up or staying put.
