I talked about the August fixtures on another thread. Two home wins from two are imperative and avoiding defeat in the three away games is the minimum expectation.

On reflection I almost have more confidence in our chances away from home than I do at the .com.

Oh, and the ridiculous arse dribble social media clips must also cease.

In football if you want to 'build' something then it helps if you have a charm or likeable personality that buys you time with the fans.

For whatever reason he doesn't have that, the fans are going turn on him quicker than they ever would for someone like Martinez for example

Interesting to see that get him gone now has started to pull away

Honestly, I can’t believe we’re having this discussion.

If he goes, there will be trouble…

If he stays…

Give him until end of September.

The club can’t afford to sack him and his staff anyway in my opinion. I’m desperately hoping he turns it around, but it’s going to be difficult, I don’t think the players are 100% behind him either which is the most alarming part.

He's had over a full season I think this is exactly the time to have this conversation

Imagine you’re a player, would you smell the bullshit, see how others are treated, and be fed up with robotics and following exact orders? If the answer is no, you are Matt Grimes and I claim my reward.

Hold fire until the 10 game mark, if I were a betting man I'd put us in the bottom 8, if so pull the trigger, but here's the thing, who would we get to take over the reins of this basket case of our club that would keep us out of a relegation scrap?

Too expensive to get rid of at this point. Contract is through 2024, no?

At this stage I personally would give him until the World Cup break. If we’re within 6 points or fewer of the drop zone, give him the axe. If not, keep him a bit longer.

The ownership group and their errand boy haven’t shown any ambition to move up as that would take investment. I can’t see RM getting the boot unless we were in a full relegation scrap. Sadly, we might already be in the fight whether we know it or not.
